need info from Fort Hays

we're trying to prep for JV nats and we need some info
about the Fort Hays cases...

A) what are the advantages to the warming case, and we
especially need info on the Transgenic fish case.  What does
plan do? and what are the advantages?

and
B) which case is Watson planning to run?
