Days and rounds

Regional tournaments: Duck and Tuna both have good reasons for both 6 and
8 round tournaments. There seems to be no controversy here.

Major national tournaments: By definition, require two travel days for
many schools. By definition, require more money to attend for many
schools. Six rounds, spread over three days, seems to do little to spare
us, given the inherent competitive tendency to burn energy either
nervously or productively as long as the competition goes on. Three days
is three days, especially if we're talkin' 'bout a 4/3/4 setup with
double octas (day one is longer, more intense; day two is one round
shorter, but possibly more intense for many; and the day three savings
only benefit a few).
