Yes, Rodger, you do misquote. I never took this position. I do not think
policy should be based directly or solely from the listserve. I think, on the
other hand, to exclude issues expressed on the L,out of some fear of giving
into "hotheads," is as equally skewed.
Regardless, I saw no actions from Pf. Stepp, online or on-paper, attempting
to ascertain the membership's input on format questions. I saw no other CEDA
officer eliciting such info, either. A lot of promises, little real action.
