Please, please, pretty please. Now that it's too late to submit
constitutional amendments for this business meeting (another crafty use of
silence) can you share the secret of what future amendments should look like?
Particularly ones that attempt to limit executive committee discretion...

If he doesn't, is he performing his duties as a CEDA officer??? Isn't life
