True for debaters/coaches, but they don't have to fill them out. As for tab
room, this system would use a scantron sheet to input the forms.

Not a big point, but I think 5% is enough. I think a strike should only be
used for someone who has a special grudge against someone or a very bad
history. I want 5% because I think everyone has a right to judge at CEDA
nationals whatever their commitment is. I don't want any "strike outs" so
that they cannot judge. Again, though, not a big point.
Don't worry about the 5% strikes, as you will get an A 90% of the time.
