Yes.

I guess my paradigm has sort of changed in the last year. Sure, I am in
favor of mutual preferred judging, but it doesn't seem nearly as important
to me now as things like debate outreach across borders and deep into our
inner cities. Even the transfer of certain students seems less newsworthy
to me, although I am still very concerned about their fates as individuals.

I am guilty of this rhetoric. I am trying to speak something into being. If
Raphael Lemke could do it with the genocide convention, I can at least try.
