1997 Epicenter Classic

Dear Colleagues,

California State University, Northridge will be hosting the 2nd Annual 
Epicenter Classic on November 14-16, 1997.  We hope that you will make 
plans to join us in sunny southern California for a great tournament!  We 
will offer CEDA/NDT Policy Debate, Parliamentary Debate, and all 
AFA Individual Events.  We will hold 6 prelim rounds in debate with 
appropriate outrounds, and two prelim rounds of IEs with appropriate elim 
rounds.  

We plan on offering:
	1.	Novice, Junior, and Open divisions in Policy Debate; 
	2.	Novice and Open divisions in Parli Debate; and,
	3.	Novice and Open divisions in IEs.

I will send out hard copies of the tournament invite at the end of 
August.  I hope, however, that you will make plans now to attend.  If you 
have any questions, please do not hesitate to email back.
