one thing people(the committee) might want to consider is that ASEAN
membership could change. Although that may not be in the literature NOW,
things can change rapidly in world affairs(ie Eastern Europe). If the topic
is ASEAN members instead of listing the particular countries, the negatives
could be faced with a whole NEW slew of cases right before national, or
Heart, or whenever. if you list the countries, you don't have this problem.
As for saluki hegemony, i doubt glen and slusher are running over tuna,
carrie, hingstman et. al.
