One quick thing to reduce irrelevant words from the topics:

For topics 1,2, and 4 (the ones with the list of nations) you should 
eliminate the words "Southeast Asian" from the resolution.  Having the 
list of countries makes irrelevant the fact that the countries 
are in fact in Southeast Asia and only causes silly resolutional flaw 
arguments that a country from the list is not in Southeast Asia.
