CEDA eligibility, NDT eligibility?

Monte asks about Jason's eligibility.

I don't know. I am sure I am not the person to answer that question.

What I do know is that CEDA & NDT eligibility standards are different. One
could, for example, have no CEDA eligibility left but still have NDT
eligibility left.

Perhaps someone from the NDT committee can comment on this. I lack
particulars.
