BID ANNOUNCED TO SOUTH CAROLINA ROUND ROBIN DEBATES



Congratulations to the following teams for receiving bids to the 
National Round Robin Debates held at the University of South Carolina 
in Columbia.  You must arrive Tuesday PM September 16.  Round I 
begins at 9 AM on Wednesday.  The schedule will be forwarded via 
snail-mail with an official letter of congratulations and a press 
release.

The following teams were ranked by a committee of five active 
coaches.  Rankers did not rank their own teams.  All teams were 
ranked including South Carolina.  32 teams submitted bids.  One team 
was excluded from the invitees as a third team from the same school.  
That team was Michigan State (Blair & Monick).  Two teams were pulled 
from the rankings by their coaches.
