Yup.....Erik wins the golden ticket.....

Ban the plan or part of the plan and do something else......The counterplan
competes because it bans the plan......Also correct that it is easily permed
.....do the plan plus something else....The artifice (as Dallas puts it) is the
archaic notion that you cannot do the plan because it is banned.....All part
of the dusty archaic collection of bad counterplan theory stuff.....Back from
when people believed that competition meant two alternate means of solving the
same harms.....Oh well......Josh
