Re: linkage topic

Ditto to what Mike says.  I've got Mancuso's earlier warning sitting in 
the back of my head asking nagging questions about these early, unfounded 
jumps to topics.  I've been doing some research, mainly bibliographic and 
GDOC research, and have not seen any major literature to support of a 
whole topic on linkage.  I wouldn't object to this being a primary area 
of the topic, though my doubts are rather extreme in light of it being 
the _only_ available action.  There are better ways to limit without 
torching affirmative-land.

Geographical commentary: Utah has plenty of great golf courses for Michael
Jordan to play on:  especially Rose Park or Fore Lakes, with the Jordan
River flowin' through 'em.
