SEATO?

In my preliminary research on SE Asia, Ive stumbled across references to 
using SEATO in teh region, and that SEATO (South East Asia Trety 
Organization) is a defunct organization.  Does anyone know whether or not 
SEATO is stilla working treaty? I was under the impression it was 
disbanded after the US withdrew from Vietnam.
