How to reduce costs in Forensics

I am working on a document for the Cost Committee for CEDA. The goal of
the committee is to find ways to reduce financial barriers to participation.

I BET YOU HAVE SOME IDEAS

To that end, I am hoping you'll send me your best tips and ideas on:

1. How to lower fees at tournaments
2. How to reduce travel costs to tournaments
3. How to raise money
4. How to increase budgets
5. How to buildup endowments
6. How to reduce costs of participation to students and coaches and judges
7. How to . . . (got another idea?)

TAKE JUST A MINUTE--THINK OF A FEW THINGS AND THEN SEND ME

I'll take other suggestions too--anything having to do with reducing financial
barriers to participation.
