Subscribers to NDT-L and/or CEDA-L that are members of the American 
Debate Association, and/or those that participate in ADA tournaments,
may be interested to know that all 15 proposed amendments to the
Standing Rules of the ADA passed by the requisite majority of members
voting.  An updated copy of the Standing Rules will be sent to all
current members, likely sometime in August, or can be requested from
the ADA Secretary, Ron Wastyn at James Madison University.
