Check out the CNN Web site (www.cnn.com) for a good story about this. 
They have a link to a complete (albeit brief) history of Cambodian
politics from Pol Pot's rise to the present.  Considering that Sen now
controls the capital and the Prince, in exile in France, is calling on
Cambodians to overthrow his opponent, it seems highly likely that there
will be protracted warfare there.  Given the history that led up to the
current situation, this doesn't really come as much of a surprise.
