- 10: 00 a.m. - Session One - War stories- It is always a kick to hear the retelling of the Lincoln Douglas debates from the perspective of Lincoln and Douglas (Lincoln refers to Douglas as Anal at least twenty times...a real kick).
- 11: 30-12:30 Lunch Rice Krispie Treats, Fries, Cheese Tortellini.
- 11-11: 30a.m. Prep for Lunch
- 12: 00 p.m. - Lunch featuring Mint Julips made by one of the camp youngsters J.W Patterson
- 12: 30-1:00 Prep for Workout
- 2: 00 p.m. - Keynote address - "How I won the first NDT" presented by the dean of still alive former debate legends - BONUS QUESTION - Who can name this Macalester College legend?
- 2-2: 30-Listened lecture on Gang Violence
- 3: 30-5:00 Nap time
- 3-3: 30-Prep for Nap time
- 4: 00 p.m. - Nap Time for all legendary debate personalities
- 5: -5:30 Prep for Dinner
- 5: 30-6:30 Dinner (Rotisserie Chicken, Potatoe Wedges, Pecan pie :-), cupcakes
- 6: 00 p.m. - Joint lecture on how to debate for ever - Korry Harvey and the now less portly god of parliment Ken Lee
- 6: 30 -7:30 Ran 3 miles
- 7: 30-8:30 Shower, read email, answered fan mail
- 8: 00 a.m. - the whole staff plays a rousing game of "exhume Aristotle". If you havenever played this game give it a try (if you can afford the airfare and possible prison time).
- 8: 00 p.m. - War stories two: This one features the debaters of the supreme court - Brandeis and the Whizzer go well into the late night sipping brandy through a straw and waxing as poetic as is possible.
- 8: 30-9:30 Prep for tommorrows rigorous schedule and reflect on the trials and
- 9: 00a.m.-11:00a.m. Missed all the lectures again. Up till 4 playing magic and
- 9: 30-10:30-Cut cards on the environment topic (see my posts are about debate

Sorry that today is kind of lame. Hopefully tommorrow will be more exciting.
I look forward to reading more posts about everyone's day. Ken and Mark's were
great. I am glad Mark is teaching his kids the greatest sport in the world.
I need to recruit a bassist for my band "O Naturale", it will be a compilation
of the finest noise makers in Ceda. Tickets will be sold via Bear, we will
open at Tuna's Reggae Fest next year.
The application process while strenuous, goes well.
