WE WILL BE USING TOPIC #4 - THE GENERAL REGULATION TOPIC

INITIAL ARGUMENT ASSIGNMENTS

Instead of assigning an "affirmative" or a "disadvantage" we think it would
be better to assign a general area and then out of that area expect at
least two of the following: an affirmative, a counterplan, a disadvantage,
a critique. Groups will receive either 8-10 or 10-13 students, and most
groups have two faculty members. These are big areas and will take some
time. We imagine we will spend all week on these.
