the separate and different issue IS a "CEDA vs NDT" issue.  the deal was
shared topic if policy.  now an option is cavalierly raised as if there
weren't agreements made which says, in effect, "we don't like that word,
so we change our minds."  what way out did the NDT give itself?  and if
it did then i think it is news to CEDA.

look, i hope it is clear in the previous post that i don't have any
interest in CEDA vs. NDT:  i have scheduled our fall as nearly
exclusively traditional NDT.  that is a large gamble that shared topics
will work.
