Re: 1996-97 CEDA Topic

Our minutes will show that we were concerned about "Agenda Loading," but
decided that it was impossible for us to "second guess" this sort of thing.
The result is that we put many different types of topics on the ballot. Let
the choices fall where they may.

My suggestion is for those concerned to find a single topic they like and
then all make sure to vote for it.

As of our Tennessee meeting there were only about 22 new NDT schools, so
out of 225 schools that is only 10%.
