Frankly, I don't think these areas represent an impossible amount of
negative work. Some of the generic negative approaches that were
common on the dev ass't topic were:
Japan Counterplans
Kritiks of US imperialism
Leadership/Heg
Presidential popularity
Yeltsin disads
De-Development Good
NGOs
Foreign policy focus
Domestic trade-offs
I'm not saying that CEDA debaters couldn't come up with some more
original generic approaches. ;-)
