Topic papers or at least minimal defenses of specific resolutions are
preferable
to a list of possible resolutions. When people post their ideas I like
to see wha
t ground division they think will result.

would choose primarily approaches that were not particularly debatable.

baters would. Berman probably would but I'm not sure about the rest of
the debate

ould you do?
I am intrigued by the non-US agent resolutions and would like to see one
on the b
allot.
