I received authorization from Steve to release the following results
(each winner has already been contacted by phone):

2nd VP: Crenshaw
NW: Inch
West: Boylan
Mid-America: Stanfield
SE Central: Garner
Southeast: Steinberg

Congratulations to each!!!

RM is still pending until the official Feb 1 deadline.

I counted all ballots received prior to Jan 15 (to account for the
complaint raised by Whitney and others that they could not vote over break)
In NO case did the inclusion of ballots dated after Dec 29 change the
outcome of an election, however. If it would have, I would have
contacted the executive council for a judgment. I assume that we would
have only counted ballots turned in on time since the original mailing
including the ballot came out before the end of November.

Sincerely,

GARY
