I'm not sure what you mean. I debated for the last two years without a
criteria, and just ran plans. It sounds like that is what is happening
this year from the contacts that I've had with the UMKC folk, etc. The
point is that the only difference between the two activities is speaker
times. I'm sure that CEDA people wouldn't mind longer constructives (SIU
did this as an experiment a couple of years ago).
