Although I agree with prof whitney that one should not give up a competitive
advantage, I do think that once everyone discloses their case (and possibly
1nc shells), noone is at a competitive disadvantage. Eric Kennedy made one
statement about which a comment is necessary-- that negatives should be ready
for every case after a month's research, and that disclosure is therefore
unnecessary-- to that I'd say-- "hope to see you at nats -- you'd better have
some damn good T blocks"
