A Note from "the power that isn't"...

Hi Y'all,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Ihaven't had time to do anything but skim the messages from the last week
(we at Cornell are still on the road ... and no one has been killed yet
amazingly enough -- four weeks without going home might be too long).
BUT, I wanted to underline something that Tuna mentioned -- I/we have/had
no intention of making a CEDA-L policy decision about case lists. I
probablly would lean toward complete disclosure, although I see several
potential problems with it. My original suggestion to limit the case
lists to not including who was running what was merely an attempt to
introduce information about what was being run without offending people
from regions where case information is not freely exchanged. I think
that Tom Murphy's suggestion for some type of "list concensus" seems like
a good solution to this issue. Good luck and chat soon.
