Isaac,

    From the info I'm hearing about Western CEDA tournaments, the
China scenario is a regional lash-out over the Spratley Islands in
the South China Sea. Tons on answers in the latest edition of
Washington Quarterly, which includes a three-article focus on China.
The Russia scenarios tend to be more varied, but the most common one
seems to say that US military intervention upsets Russian military,
weakening their support for Yeltsin. Yeltsin collapse leads to
general civil war, with the hardline nationalists best positioned to
win out.
