I agree with Pat that once invitations are out you do not change the rules.
I think we should think about changing time limits but I am not sure
9 3 6 l0 works adding l2 minutes to a debate might not seem like much but
we already have a real struggle fitting four rounds in on Saturday and
Sunday. Adding 48 minutes might make the days very very long. Why because
it isn't just adding 48 minutes. There is always someone who is slow
getting to rounds and slow making a decision. The tab room barely gets
powered rounds ready in time. Adding 48 minutes to a day may really mean
adding l hr and , if people are late, adding l l/2 hrs. The days are
already long and grueling do we really want to make them more so? maybe?
