Thanks to everyone who has emailed me with info.  The list is fairly
comprehensive so far.  We are still missing the plan and other
descriptions on a few teams (especially on those individuals who have not
debated as a team for most of the year).

If you are on this list or have info that seems relevant to the caselist
that will be distributed at registration, please respond.
