I HAVE ONE BIG OBJECTION -- WE WOULD HAVE TO REAPPLY FOR NON-PROFIT,
TAX-EXEMPT STATUS WITH IRS AND ANYWHERE ELSE (LIKE TENNESSEE) WHERE WE
WANT SALES TAX EXEMPTION.
