CEDA initiatives: change the name.

 Change the name of the organization.

Because no one else will come up with a better name, I propose "Debate
America."

We need a new name so that we accurately describe what we are. Cross
Examination Debate Association is no better than Prep Time Debate
Association. CX is not explanatory. If you don't like Debate America, or
don't think it is descriptive, please make a counter proposal. We need a new
name.
