Pace University Kloster and Peterson challenge Weber Menzies and Schubert on
Weber's affirmative (the same marketable permits plan text and case that we
debated at K-state). If Weber accepts our challenge they should backchannel
us so we can arrange a mutually preferred critic.  If we should happend to
meet in out rounds, we are still willing to flip for sides.  Upon Weber's
consent, the debate will take place in the Heart of America.
