a simple question
the NDT Executive Committee will not raise the issue of "leveling the field"
for the NDT to CEDA programs.
the NDT Executive Committee will likely move on a proposal to adopt the CEDA
topic regardless of the CEDA topic release date.
as Stefan Bauschard of Wake said in reviewing "the scenario": "but I can see
why CEDA people wouldn't like it if CEDA is what becomes division II."
perhaps i am just not trusting enough, but an NDT-elected bid selection
group and NDT district qualifiers just doesn't seem "level" to me. you are
ALL invited to CEDA Nationals, by the way. and of course no one has
articulated any reason not to use an "objective" bid-generating system.
gentlemen, my question is a simple one: why does CEDA accomodate becoming
"division II"?
there is a way to facilitate real and fair integration ...
