Re: What's wrong with voting at Nats?
Is this true for amendments to by-laws? Article X of the Constitution,
section 2 "Amendment to the by-laws" part c. says "A majority of the schools
represented and voting at the Business Meeting will be necessary for
enactment of the Amendment to the by-laws."
The topic selection section appears in by-law IV, so I don't think it has to
go out on a mail vote.
