I am looking for information regarding Fort Hays' Tohono Indians case.
The specific information that I am looking for is:
Who is the main Affirmative author, What are the advantages, also is there
anything else involved in the plan besides the U.S. giving the indians
tribal Identification Cards.
If someone who has hit the case or someone from Fort Hays could backchannel
