Yes, some of those solutions have worked very nicely for smaller programs.
The thing that started this thread, as I recall, was an appeal for CEDA to
adapt to try to keep everyone from "fleeing" to Parli (NPDA and/or APDA).
In other words, small programs are already finding that those other
formats solve for them. The post about SUNY-Morrison indicated that they
had switched to PFD (an excellent idea, as my unanswered counterplan
indicated). Solvency has not yet been established for the Divisions
proposal, despite several days of argumentation.
