To those who did not receive this message (and I guess those who did, :-) )
the Northeast Louisiana University Speech and Debate Forum will be hosting
the Bicker Debate Tournament February 14-16, 1997.  We will offer competition
in debate (Open, Novice, and LD CEDA, and PARLI) and individual events (all
eleven AFA events).  

Hope to see you in February!
