Dear Friends,

look at it) CEDA Debate topic. The tournament will consist of 6
preliminary rounds with and 8-3-5 time schedule and 5 minutes prep. time. Each school is
expected to cover its entries with 1 judge covering 2 teams. A limited
number of hired judges will be available at $100 per uncovered team.
Awards will be given to all teams clearing into elimination rounds as well as the top ten
speakers in each division.
We hope to see all of you in Syracuse this year. Please join us in the
"heart" of the northeast for some excellent competition and great fun.
Sincerely,
Frank P. Irizarry Michael K. Davis
