Bear, nice distortion. My back-channeled request for an apology
from
you, besides being very polite, dealt with your inflammatory
"Aryan backlash" rhetoric. The inference was quite clear, and
extremely
offensive. I expressed to you my displeasure regarding your
outrageous
comments. How convenient of you to distort this also, NO WHERE did
I ask you to apologize for defending Aff. Action. I'm sorry you have
to
resort to lies.

Bear, two alternatives are not neccessarily jointly exhaustive,
there can be more than two sides to every question. It
seems you have committed the very fallacy you have tried to
point out. My arguments against your "Positive racism" have not
committed a False bifurcation/False Dichotomy, I merely pointed
out that Justice, Equality, and Merit, are better alternatives, and
more Logical than "Positive racism". No fallacy is committed on
this side.
It's a shame that someone who has 3 1/2 years of Debate
Eligibility left, has more cogent arguments, and exhibits more
maturity than you Bear, a Director of Forensics. Regarding
the merit argument, you'll have to re-post it, I don't have that
post anymore.

Bear, you advocated that whites be excluded from utilizing
narratives in a *LEGAL SETTING*, because as you claimed,
white culture did not have a rich story telling background like
minority culture. If you're going to advocate something, at least be
truthfull about it. Our conversation was at least half an hour,
and I expressed my discomfort with this narrow minded,
and historically incorrect view. The narrative is a wonderful
mechanism for ALL cultures, not just in debate, and I would hope
that you recognize this, and reject this bad mindset. It's
not too late.
I hope the Christmas season allows you to time to
reflect on area's of personal betterment. We all need to.
Happy Holidays.
Rick
