Actually I think they can be used as evidence because most of the 
information is news releases organizational reports from Mexican 
officials and human rights groups in support of the Chiapas rebels.

I could be mistaken...maybe this should be run by the CEDA committee to 
let them decide.  Would the internet be considered a "published medium" 
as far as such mailing lists go?
