Peruvian Arguments

Having been to Peru recently to work with representatives
from their Foreign Relations Committee on using the Internet
as a tool to increase direct foreign investments, and having
recently completed a dissertation which fully explores the
rhetorical techniques used to bolster their economy, I find
these comments sophmorically repugnant and lacking a critical
respect for the norms of civilized argument.

You may tell that to your Coach at SE Louisiana...
