Re: Regional Constraints



I disagree. Regional constraints should be kept. It gives people an
incentive to pick even more critics. It will not make it more difficult to
assign judges, since if all else fails a round can get a mutual
non-preferred.

I understand the reason for regional constraints, but I do not understand
the need to eliminate them under a pick 20+ system.
