As Meredith Garmon mentioned this happens right now. Teams that know more
judges have an advantage in the status quo. Pick at least 20 makes the
situation better for the local/regional programs Prof. Rogers refers to. His
argument might make sense if the proposal was A,B,C,X but it has nothing to
do with Pick at least 20.
