I like it.  But, I would respond by reading ev that Mexico is not
a democracy, therefore Zedillo does not represent the Mexican people,
and therefore, aff change is substantial.
  Responding to Clinton is a bit more difficult; maybe something
along the lines that the American voting public is politically
uneducated, therefore Clinton's actions are not indicitive of
what is substantial.
