	Although I have indicated that I disagree with Professor Mahoney 
on the role of evidence, in this particular situation I'd probably go the 
same way that I'm guessing he would go: Crocker wins.  It's not entirely 
clear though.  I don't know what you mean by "80% thorough and reasoned," 
and I would have to look at the nature of the indict.  But Crocker is 
entirely undenied.  Professor Eighty Percent has been indicted.  The 
claims taken by themselves are of equal magnitude.  These are not claims 
about the meaning of which there is much question.  So the light that the 
evidence would cast on their meaning probably would not, for me, outweigh 
the fact that one is dropped cold and the other is indicted.
