Don't assume silence is disagreement! I am actually very much in favor of
having community wide judge rankings and public ones at that. While I
prefer ABCX to a system of judge assignment based on a summing of judge
evaluation forms, I certainly would favor tournament wide ranking over
random judge assignment.
