For all of you curious souls, who are looking for national rankings - 
they have been delayed by a couple of days as I endeavor to include EVERY 
tournament that has been conducted this semester.

IF you have NOT returned results, FAX them immediately to 708-682-2934.

I also need to clarify policy concerning transfer students.  Based on 
conversations at SCA, it was my understanding that teams which included a 
transfer student who was ineligible received no points (the policy that 
was reflected in the last report).  Based on several inquiries, I have 
now been assured that CEDA's consistent interpretation of the rules is 
that teams containing a transfer student should recieve 1/2 of the earned 
points (apologies to SIU, Alaska and others.  I am in the process of 
going back and correcting all of the points to reflect this understanding 
of the rules.

I also solicit any corrections which you might be aware of.  They will 
not only be reflected in NEW sweepstakes rankings but also in an errata 
section that will be included in each report.  Thanks for your assistance 
and forbearance.
