	I have been watching the cp arguments fly and am quite pleased at
both the positive and negative parts.  It all means that our region is at
least discussing counterplans.  For that I am glad. 
	Mike makes a good argument, i agree, the counterplan is
functional. It does succeed.  I don't know the real ratio, but we (Maxwell
and Rico) would win usually one or two rounds a tourny on it. But we would
punt it a lot.
