Each judge has a threshold as to how thorough an affirmative
team has to answer jurisdictional questions before he or she
moves on to the substantive arguments. For judge like Mr.
Springston that threshold is very high. For a judge like me or
any other reasonable person (just kidding), that threshold is
very low. So yes, Adam you were correct the answer is somewhere
between none and one. However, do not hold me to this if I ever
happen to judge any of y'all because in my new found wisdom, I
am going to be more adapting to the teams I judge.

As the old proverb states: When the cats away, the mice will
play! Translation: When Congress is out of session, my life at
work is sooooo boring that I find myself doing just about
anything to stay awake including writing these inane messages.
Also, let the record show that before they adjourned I was
working at least ten hour days. Let me enjoy the peace while I
          can.

One last note. I am sure Adam did not mean to be sexist
although he really was in the preceding paragraph when he wrote
"a person can spend his time. . ." While this may have been a
reference to myself in which case "his" is correct, the way the
sentence is structured, an intelligent person such as Adam would
should have written, "a person can spend his OR HER time. . ."
Would Gina be offended or what???!???

          Have a Nice Weekend!
